New meat smoking technology at MI Brajlović

For MI (Meat Industry) Brajlovic, we had the pleasure of organizing a press conference and tour of the production facility. Where the media representatives, were once again convinced of the technological equipment and the production that takes place, according to the text book European standards.

Meat Industry Brajlovic has put into action the latest technology for drying durable fermented products, where the drying takes place through cold smoking and maturing in chambers, under fully controlled conditions. This great investment, amounted to 700,000 KM in value.
